• Customers are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the service fee.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the nature of the service and at the discretion of Beown Tech.

Exceptions
